Are you interested in serving as a preceptor?

As the demand for access to high quality and cost-effective care increases, so does the demand for nurse practitioners. The role of the preceptor has always been an essential component of career development in the transition to advanced practice.

Now is the time to take action and ensure that your new colleagues get the proper clinical experience and mentoring from a high-quality source.

NPCPBC would like to create an updated preceptor list for full members of our group to have access to. To say thank you for your dedication to the profession, NPCPBC will give out an incentive of 4-$500 awards yearly. (2 every 6 months).  To qualify for this incentive, a submission of preceptor hours and a short summary will be submitted to NPCPBC. Instructions will be given prior to award distribution.
