The Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County (NPCPBC) is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 2021 Conference on Saturday October 9, 2021.  In accordance with COVID guidelines set forth by the venue, we have limited in person attendance to 100 attendees.  

We strongly recommend following CDC guidelines consisting of wearing a mask, social distancing and vaccinations (unless otherwise instructed by your healthcare provider) as a courtesy to each other, our sponsors and venue staff.  By registering and submitting payment to attend the conference in person, you acknowledge your understanding of the above and affirm that NPCPBC will not be held responsible for any illness that may be contracted at the venue and we are released of all liabilities. 

Let's work together to create the safest environment possible for the conference.  If you feel as though you cannot adhere to the above guidelines, we encourage you to join us virtually! 


Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to NPCPBC at npcouncilpbc@gmail.com

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event NPCPBC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the NPCPBC 2021 Annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, Covid-19 or other circumstances beyond NPCPBC's control, NPCPBC's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid minus any fees incurred by NPCPBC.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued.

Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $150 will be charged for all checks returned to NPCPBC for insufficient funds.

No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing to NPCPBC and do not attend, you still are responsible for payment.

The Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County is celebrating our 27th year as a Council. This year our conference will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the Embassy Suites, 4350 PGA Boulevard, FL 33410. 

Over one hundred and twenty-five nurse practitioners throughout Florida are expected to attend our hybrid event including virtual component. This is an excellent opportunity to disseminate the latest information and updates on pharmaceutical products, devices, programs, services and offerings. 

As a valued exhibitor/vendor partner, you are invited to participate.

Each year the number of attendees increases, and we are expecting a robust registration of nurse practitioners based on the new hybrid format, nationally- acclaimed speakers, and reputation for quality continuing education.  Our exhibit hall will provide you with access to the participants through the conference with dedicated time and exposure for your products and services. 

We have two (2) tiers of support with varied exposure to our attendees:

 

Platinum level $950

This sponsorship will include your complimentary exhibit (larger) table, 30 second video advertisement with live and online participants and recognition in the conference program and additional council marketing. (Pharmaceutical companies minimum sponsorship = platinum level)

 

Gold level $500

This sponsorship will include your complimentary exhibit table, slide advertisement with repeated exposure, virtual component with online participants and recognition in the conference program.

Our conference would not be possible without the support of our industry partners. 

(NPCPBC reserves the right to determine type of product and vendor space requirements and or accommodations. Specifically, NPCPBC reserves the right to review accept and or decline any and all vendor applications to ensure congruency with the mission and purpose of the event, or if duplication of product vendors or if space becomes limited. As well, NPCPBC does not guarantee an amount of expected sales for any vendors who may be selling products.) 

This year we have allotted time for our virtual attendees to browse the exhibits as well. We ask that if you have not already done so to please act early on reserving your space.
