There will be several raffle baskets with all proceeds going to Feeding South Florida. We will accept cash or credit card. Anyone attending virtually who would like to donate can do so by CLICKING HERE.

Additionally, we will have a cash-only 50/50 raffle to support the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network Political Action Committee (PAC). 

A photographer will be available to registered attendees to take professional photos. Please wear professional attire or bring lab coat if you would like to participate.

The Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County (NPCPBC) is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 2022 Conference on Saturday March 12, 2022.  In accordance with COVID guidelines set forth by the venue, we have limited in person attendance to 100 attendees.  

In following current CDC guidelines indicating low risk for COVID-19 transmission in Palm Beach County, masks are optional at the conference. 

By registering and submitting payment to attend the conference in person, you acknowledge your understanding of the above and affirm that NPCPBC will not be held responsible for any illness that may be contracted at the venue and we are released of all liabilities. 

Let's work together to create the safest environment possible for the conference.  If you feel as though you cannot adhere to the above guidelines, we encourage you to join us virtually! 


Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued.

Cancellations: All cancellations require written notification to NPCPBC at npcouncilpbc@gmail.com

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event NPCPBC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the NPCPBC 2021 Annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, situations under force majeure , Covid-19 or other circumstances beyond NPCPBC's control, NPCPBC's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid minus any fees incurred by NPCPBC.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued.

Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $150 will be charged for all checks returned to NPCPBC for insufficient funds.

No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing to NPCPBC and do not attend, you still are responsible for payment.
